The development of wireless telegraphy
Author and historian Barry Abley will relate aspects of his research into the development of wireless telegraphy in the early 1900s and the significant role the Geelong region played in that evolution. 

This is a fundraising event for the Friends of the Gallery and begins at 10.30am with coffee, tea and scones before the illustrated lecture at 11.00am.

Lauraine Diggins will speak about the development of her collection of Indigenous art and her travels over many years to Aboriginal communities in the centre and north of Australia.
