Join the Geelong Gallery Grasshoppers for an 'exclusive' bus trip to Melbourne, viewing selected private gardens in South Yarra and Toorak. Members of the National Gallery of Victoria Women's Association and their friends own the featured gardens. Price includes morning tea plus a chicken and champagne picnic lunch and $30 admission to the gardens. When booking please advise any food preferences.

Lisa Sullivan, curator of The silent wilderness - 19th century Australian landscapes, will present an illustrated talk on the development and realisation of the exhibition. These talks are fundraising events hosted by Friends of the Gallery and begin at 10.30am with coffee, tea and scones before an illustrated lecture at 11.00am.
