Mural project—Norm Stanley and Nikki McKenzie

Geelong Gallery provided students with an opportunity to collaborate with First Nations artists and cultural educators Norm Stanley and Nikki McKenzie from Wurri – Ki Culture alongside Gallery Educators in a series of workshops to design and create a mural at their school. This project was an ideal opportunity to provide meaningful connections for all students to celebrate the rich and thriving culture, knowledge and experience of our First Nations people.
