Planning your visit—COVID–19 Safety measures


In line with the conditions outlined by the Victorian Government and health authorities, Geelong Gallery has implemented a number of COVID–19 Safety measures. Our priority is to keep visitors and staff safe and we have introduced these measures to keep our community safe, including online bookings, member priority access, sanitisation stations, physical distancing and no cloaking. Please refer to our updated Conditions of Entry (click through to read) for details.

Gallery and museum capacities are currently limited to 20 people per space. We will not be offering tours, however group bookings (maximum of 10 people) are possible.

Our current suite of exhibitions includes, Jacky Redgate—HOLD ONCollection leads: Kate Beynon—kindred spirits and Scenic Victoria—Land, sea, city, A shining light—recent acquisitions 2019–20 and Thirdspace.

For those who cannot physically visit the Gallery, you can experience a 360° virtual tour and we will continue to offer programs online, via the Gallery Channel and virtual events

Geelong Gallery will continue to monitor and be guided by the Victorian Government’s health guidelines.
