COVID–19 Safety measures

In line with the conditions outlined by the Victorian Government and health authorities, Geelong Gallery will continue to implement a number of COVID–19 Safety measures.

We have introduced these measures to keep our community safe, including a check-in system, sanitisation stations, physical distancing and no cloaking. Please refer to our updated Conditions of Entry (click through to read) for details.

Our current suite of exhibitions includes RONE in Geelong (ticketed), Scenic Victoria—Land, sea, city, A shining light—recent acquisitions 2019–20 (free entry) and Framing the figure—contemporary photography and moving image works from the collection (free entry).

We encourage you to pre-book your tickets to RONE in Geelong where possible. Extended opening hours are available during this exhibition from Monday to Saturday 10am—7pm, enabling a greater number of visitors to enjoy the exhibition in a COVID-safe environment.

For those who cannot physically visit the Gallery, you can experience a 360° virtual tour and we will continue to offer programs online, via the Gallery Channel and virtual events

Geelong Gallery will continue to monitor and be guided by the Victorian Government’s health guidelines.
