Geelong is Australia’s first UNESCO City of Design, an evolving and dynamic city with a deep sense of place and strong industrial past. Explore The Housing Question with your students and gain a deeper understanding of the collaborative video work by Helen Grace and Narelle Jubelin that takes its title from Friedrich Engels’ seminal 1872 texts addressing the severe housing shortages in his native Germany. After nearly 150 years this question remains central to contemporary social and political debates.

Cost: $5 per student
