Reconciliation Week 2026—Kulin Seasons, Buniya (eel) workshops

Join us this Reconciliation Week for a special workshop with Wadawurrung artist Dr Deanne Gilson as we reflect on our shared histories, cultures and achievements, and explore how each of us can contribute to meaningful reconciliation in Australia.
This year’s theme, ‘All In’, invites everyone to play a role. To celebrate this, Dr Gilson will share cultural stories about seasons and eel traps, and guide participants through a hands-on workshop where you will create an eel artwork collectively, with contributions from all who attend.
